Need help with replacing bearing. 06 is350

My mechanic said I need new rear bearings but its gonna cost me $376 x 2 for the entire bearing+ hub assembly. I'm looking online for cheaper options and I found the following. Can anyone help me out? What are the difference between these and the $376 OEM ones?

I have used Rock Auto before and they sell a lot of name brand parts for much less than you can get them in your local parts store. However, with the genuine Lexus part being $222 from Sewell, why even mess with aftermarket? Rock Auto wouldn't likely get it to you any faster than Sewell would.
