Are certain color more expensive than others??
I have been looking for a Starfire Pearl w/ black interior for about 6 months now, and a long the way have noticed it is always the most expensive, sometimes as much as $3, $4k over Black, and Grey. If so WHY?

More popular and in demand in your area, perhaps. Never seen a difference in new car sticker price based on color. I'm assuming you are looking at used? So many variables when comparing prices of used cars (options, mileage, options/trim package, etc).

Given sticker MSRP is always the same and assuming youre looking at a used vehicle I wouldn't say they cost more, I would say they are probably higher in demand (I.E. Many people purchase a white exterior / black interior than white/tan. Same can be said for black/black and black/grey) There are also many variables that go into pricing the vehicle that I wouldn't say color is a pricing factor in terms value but rather a determine factor based on ability to sell.

The longer a car sits on the lot, the likely hood the price will go as low as "at cost" to secure their ROI.

I think new they are all the same.... with used it typically depends on supply/demand.

I used to wholesale cars and you would be surprised at the smallest details that will raise are cars value. One time at an auction I was looking at a Mini Cooper the seller at the time was bmw and they had two identical coopers mileage within 2-3K miles difference, same year, same trim model. The first cooper that passed the auction lane was the ugly green cooper, its sold for a decent price. I said let me pay few hundred bucks to get the red one. Red cooper pulls up and right away 2 grand higher then the green.

When i was shopping for Sfp I would find other colors within the sane mileage and options and it would be 1500-2000 less. Sfp was hard to find in my area.

It depends on the whites, but most are the least expensive, so are greens. But luxury cars whites and blacks are top. But, most popular colors in general are red, yellow, silver, grays, certain blacks.

More demand and thus more expensive, as simple as that.

ive been searching every day ffor 7 months now. I have 7 big cities I search on craigslist, a long with Cargurus,Autotrader, and carsforsale.com Trying to hold out for a SFP 07-08 70k or less for under $23k . Found plenty of different colors that price, or even considerably cheaper.

I'm almost considering buying a grey one i found for $18,5k and painting it SFP

Brand new they're the same price but it always seems that TP gets sold most often and cheapest.
