I have stock 18's and running 38 all around. Its the best compromise between handling, tire wear, and comfort that I've found.
I ran 35 in the front on my last set of tires and had a lot of inner tire wear because of it according to my allignment shop.

I have mine at the recommended 38psi for front and back for 18" tires.
Last time at service the dealer checked the tread remaining on the front tires as 3mm on the edge and 6mm in the center. Does that mean I should increase the pressure for the front tires to get a more even wear?
