you do realize that the cover is there for a reason.. those internal parts get SUPER HOT since it is technically a capacitor. and by just tossing it into your headlamp housing where there are wires and other plastics.. it's bound to melt something... Just FYI..

I installed the exact same set from iJDMTOY last week, but I did not take the decoder apart. I was able to close the plastic cover that protects the headlamp while running the cables to the decoder underneath. It took some time and playing around but i was able to close it.
