Default What does this service description mean?

Dealer Reported 07/27/2012 Hendrick Lexus 74486 0100043 FRONT/REAR BODY

All I had done was my oil change yesterday. I've never had any body work done.

I would definitely call them and ask. Did a quick search, this thread might help:

The service description is simply based on what Op Code they chose when they wrote it up. Chances are it looks something like this on your invoice:

OP CODE: XXXXX-XX FRONT/REAR BODY
Complaint: Oil Change
Cause: -
Resolution: Changed Engine Oil and Filter

Or something like that, the op code description doesn't always correlate exactly to what they actually did, though it still bugs me when service advisors do that. Take the extra 10 seconds and find the right op code please.

My point is, it doesn't mean anything, it's just a generic op code they use, though I wouldn't normally expect it to be used for an oil change. Maybe some other concern you mentioned?

Thanks for the detailed response. I was just thinking for resale someone may question that line.
