Thing like that won't show up if there was never a issue. Plus service record don't mean anything. How many if any take there car to the dealership for everything? Not me I don't get oil change or routine maintenance there either. I do everything myself. Doesn't mean it's a lemon? No
I understand that you are one to do it on your own I get that but their will be something you might want to know got done check lexus.com you will need the VIN number and it will give you all the service records for that lexus car or truck.

I probably won't do the 350 since I only live 2 miles from work. It's just for dinners out in a dense city. I probably won't ever get above 40mph.
The 2006 sold already :-(. I guess I'm going to try to pick up a 2007 IS250 with 42k mi.
Is edmunds a reliable pricing method? I guess I'll try to get the 07 for $17k. Does anyone think buying from a Lincoln dealership could be a problem?

Hi All,
I'm far from being an experienced and lucky buyer of used cars. I want to buy a 2006 IS250 with 80k mi. The dealer has it listed for $15,800. I figure there's some negotiating room built into that price. I probably will start around 14 and hope to get it for the high 14's. It has a clean carfax, but I heard that autocheck is better. Any other suggestions? It's from a lexus dealership, so should I still get it inspected by a mechanic?
... I'm really bad at this...

Take 5-10 minutes to complain if you own one of these cars. Don't pass it on to someone who can't afford a new car.
