You need to come out to a local meet sometime. Good way to meet other local Lexus owners, especially the IS guys. We can make recommendation so on mods plus you get to see of those mods in person. That helps on deciding what you want to do with your car. Our next meet is on the 18th. Let me know if you have any questions.

An Update on the car.

It might not be a 2009 anymore.

The 2009 IS250 was a manufacture buyback because of shifting problem but it was fixed by Lexus and has all the paperwork 36k Miles for 24k (white)

but also be considering a 2008 IS250 from the Lexus dealership (clean title) 37k for only 23,000 (Tungesten pearl / silver)

Which one do you guys think?

hmm that's a close call, you just have to sit down and compare the features and what not see what you like better. manufacture buyback is not so bad since they fixed the problem and you don't have to worry about it. any car you buy you could still potentially have problems that might catch you by surprise. good luck picking! i would go for the 09 and negotiate!
