Celablaze a j or 2 for getting a nice car
HID
save for coils
and the rest is your call... then celablaze again
FYI: after installing springs, you might not like it so just save up for coils.

You need to come out to a local meet sometime. Good way to meet other local Lexus owners, especially the IS guys. We can make recommendation so on mods plus you get to see of those mods in person.
