In my own garage. I like to know what goes in it. It's pretty easy. buy the oil you like, get the filter, a canister removal tool(I use the assenmacher), the right socket wrenches, oil drain pan, funnel, gloves, floor jack and jackstands.
I think i'm gonna build my own ramps soon. hassle to use scissor jack, then floor jack for lowered car.

Yes they do. The use their hand to press the button when they drive your car through the automatic car wash lol.
But seriously, I highly doubt they do the wash by hand, at least for free anyways. If you get a chance, take a drive around the back of the dealer and take a look.

The only reason why I go to stealership for an oil change is because they do the World Class Inspection which is a very important thing for our cars. If they didn't believe me i wouldn't be going there

If it's like every other lexus dealer their "world class inspection" is a 5 minute visual look-over you can do yourself at home for free, but they get to double your bill for it.
Seriously, it's mostly items like:
"check horn operation"
"check windshield wipers"
"Inspect light assemblies for cracks/damage"
"Check tire pressure and depth"

I always take it to the dealer. I guess I could order the parts and have them do it or another shop do it but I just build the relationship with the dealership because I do plan on trading up eventually.
