One check
Two check
Three - I dont know of any radar detector thats integrated with the OE Nav screen. I would sy look at some who have done the valentine one in the rear view, definitely cool.

3...MINE, under 2006 standards, mine was almost as loaded as it could get.
IS350 only options missing, sport pak (from what i understand, could not do sport and Lux) NO pre collision (VERY rare in 2006)
Originally Equipped with...
Luxury package
Headlamp washers
Park Distance
Mark Levinson with NAV
Factory SAT radio
G Spider wheels (upgrade wheels in 2006)
Rear shade (lux, I think)
Dual memory seats (lux, I think)
Illuminated scuff plates
Annoying fuel injector ticking sound
Loose rear view mirror

PCS is rare in every year, and is usually the one missing option that keeps a car from being fully loaded....so, no, still just 2 ever
I thought the pre collision package was discontinued for 09 and newer. Mine has headlight washers, nav (not the mark levenson one). So I guess I should restate it. Mine is loaded in terms of options I would actually care about. Yes premium sound would be nice.
My brothe has an is250awd with the premium package. I think his really does have everything but the pre collision package. The door sills are cool, but not really needed. I do wish it had the tilt passenger mirror. I forgot it doesn't have that. The auto tilt passenger mirror would be really nice.
I looked for a while for a 350. They are quite hard to find. So when this one came up I took it. Even my local dealer said 60-90 days to get a new one. I had been looking for about 6 weeks, and this one came in. I could have bought dozens of is250 awd with any set of options I wanted. Does anyone know the ratio of 250/350s built?

IIRC it's about 4:1 250 to 350
PCS was dropped for 2011+ models (as was memory for the pass. side, the sport package, and AFS)... for a 2011+ car the nearest you'd get to loaded would be:
Luxury package
Headlight washers
Nav with Mark Levinson
Park Assist
Rear Spoiler
This sadly leaves you without the sport suspension, which can only be had with the missing-a-number-of-features F-sport package since the Sport Package was discontinued.
For 06-10 cars Fully loaded would be either all of the above plus PCS (plus XM for 06-09 cars where it was an option) or, I'd argue, all of the above plus PCS/XM, but replacing the Lux package with Sport package since I think it offers more... but that's debatable (if someone prefers the sport suspension and sport pedals to woodgrain and a rear sunshade mainly, which I do)

I was at the dealer today they said the hissing with the aux+power on my phone was caused by the power adapter I'm using. So I went to my guy at Verizon he let me try 4 othe chargers same thing. Is there a repair code or something I can take them to have them fix this?
Does anyone have photos/link to the valentine one + rear view installs? I'd hard wire a v1 in the car that would work.
I asked my dealer (before I bought it and today) how many is350s they see. They tell me about one a month sells new and less than that make it back used. Vs a few dozen 250s. Is this true? Or is it just my market?
