Wow! I believe if it's posted on the net, then it's public domain. You can ask them to take it down and they may do it. But I don't believe they have to.

The only way is unless you own the rights to the picture (like professional photographers), then they have to take it down if they didn't ask for your permission. This may be the only recourse for taking the picture down.

Either way, I wouldn't be too happy about them using the picture without permission.
