That definitely sucks I have actually have a similar problem myself a seller on Craigslist uses a picture I took to show fitment on my wald, and did not ask me if he could use it. The black car in the link is mine http://sfbay.craigslist.org/sby/pts/3052057451.htm. Do you think they just search CL for pictures of our cars, are they members??

Same thing happened to my old civic. They were using a picture I posted on honda-tech and I told them to remove it. They refused and said that "it could be anyone's car and not yours". I told them more and more about the car and later on they removed it and posted up a picture of a car with the taillights photoshopped on. B*tch.
^ cool story bro. (yes I'm talking to myself)

If they are using your car in their photos for advertising purposes, it is copyright infringement. If it was taken with your camera and you have the original pictures, you have the rights to that photograph. Now, in this case is it being used in a negative, demoralizing and hurtful way...probably not.
Although, I would suggest maybe working a deal with them to get some parts out of them for the use and send them some other shots for their site. Could be a cool deal for someone.
I did it for a REMUS Exhaust system on my MINI. They gave me a HUGE deal, I posted a writeup on a MINI Forum about it and advertised it with magnetic badges at tail of the dragon. They sold about a dozen to MINI owners over a month or two period because of me. They in turn sent me a bunch of hats, shirts and catalogs.
Work with them, you may be surprised. If they're crooks selling knock of crap, you may not have much luck.

Lol! Just saw this thread... Sorry for bumping it back up but i've seen a lot of our member's pics get stolen and used on ebay. However, at least they didn't photoshop your car and make it seem like it's the same body kit they are selling
They stole my pic with GFX rear + S4play diffuser and they photoshopped the actual fins and inserted their own fins on the rear Haha, they even got rid of my AWD sign.. I guess there too embarrassed?
Ebay pic of my car..
