I searched around for something like this but couldn't come up with anything. Is it possible to purchase the inner Isf tail lights from somewhere like Sewell and install them with the stock outer lamps on my 07 250? Will it sit flush or will modifications be needed. Also, if anyone has done this a photo would be great..

I'm pretty sure it'll fit. If I'm not mistaken, they're the same thing. On Sewell, when you buy the IS-F tails, they only send outer ones and you reuse the stock inner tails. So, I'm sure it'll work the other way around. But why buy IS-F inner tails when they're the same as stock ISX50 inners?

my bad.. not the is f tails.. I just mean the 11-12 rear inners .. with the "swoosh" like reverse lights

I remember someone doing that but forgot who. I'll look but it's been done and it fits onto the trunk with no modifications.

i know somebody tried it and it was ugly IMO. doesn't flow at all, i say don't do it. save up and buy the whole '09-'12 tails

I was thinking about doing ISF tail lights with 09-10 outer tails (with the nike "swoosh") but I didnt think it would look too good

Not necessarily. For the '06-'08 it oftens requires you to cut a metal tab so that the tail light housing sits properly.

It looks bad, IMO. Not only does it not flow design-wise, the '09+ tail lights stick out more so they don't sit flush.
