I would've laughed that cop all the way back to his car and during the ticket writing. That guy TRULY had nothing to do, well good thing you both have dash cams, should be easy to fight, especially since I'm pretty sure he made that tire law up off the top o his head (probably not but that's still absurd).

i didn't know Police Officers listen to music in their patrol car.

sounded bogus that he said he was listening to music with his windows up and STILL HEARD the exhaust. I don't get it!
