I've actually seen him at a deli right down the road a few times. I'm sure that's where he was going.. he's just an ***.

I agree. If I had a steel bull guard...oh man, that car would've gotten hit. Not to injure the guy, but maybe rip off his back bumper, or just dent it. Enough to send a message, not enough to get sued. Especially with a dash cam.
That being said, don't have a guard or a cam. I would care about damage to my car way too much to do anything.
Maybe I would've spitted at him when we were close like in the video.
I HATE it when people don't follow the rules like everyone else.

Fully insured or not, it would still make his premium go up a tad bit..no? But then again, he who drives a r8 might not care about premiums, but then again there are those who spend their whole paycheck on material goods..and fight for food.
