Unless the new & bigger engine is avail for the coupe, I don't see any reason to buy it....It's doubtful it will be much lighter, if any at all; which would mean no real improvement in performance.....And with the limited rear seat room in the sedan, I can only imagine how much smaller the coupe's rear seating will be. They might as well take them out!!!

convertibles usually weigh more due to reinforcing items to make up for the lack of a roof.

Take the rear seat out with that 5 spd and I'll buy it.

the edmunds picture is photochopped i saw it about a year ago, just in a different color. the second also looks mildly chopped, although the 2nd is a pretty damn good job.

i've seen pics of the cabriolet IS in a car and driver. they had pics of a guy driving one... it was along the same time as the sportcross was in the makings
