-you leave too much space from parking blocks/curves so you won't damage your front lip.
-people grunt/sigh while getting out the door.
-you can identify exact location your tire is hitting/rubbing by sound

Spend the extra money and get coils. That way you can adjust everything.

x2 i had my set on H&R springs and last minute decided to go with coilovers, can always adjust the ride height....
