I also had an M3 and loved it, very interesting to find many fellow IS 350 owners who had M3's and now own the x50's. Welcome and enjoy CL..
Sold my M3 to the same friend I bought it from, kinda kool. Miss it though.
Hopefully be able to buy the car I sold to him last year back soon.

I told the guy i sold it to that i get 1st crack at it if he decides to sell at some point
Im located in Charleston (West Ashley), how ab you? I was big with the local bimmer community in Charleston, not sure if there is much of a Lexus following around here...

to the OP: welcome and congrats. keep us updated on the mods.
i too was a proud owner of an E46 M3 and is also from FL. had a lot of fun with it but maintenance was PITA
