Default Installing F seats in ISx50

I was at the dealer getting my oil changed yesterday and I sat in an IS-F.

Does anyone know if they are physically different than my 2010 IS 250 besides the bolsters being more pronounced???

They seemed to be a lot more comfortable than mine. I thought it looked like they were longer in the thigh portion. Will they fit in a regular ol' IS 250?

Also, anyone know of any for sale? Lexus parts told me they do not sell the entire seat; they piece it out and it's like $6k/seat. I was figuring it would probably be $3-4k for the set brand new but now i think I'll have to find a wrecked IS-F or find someone who took theirs out.

Any info on the seat differences and/or leads would be appreciated.

Thanks.

JavyLSU, did the whole interior F swapped from his is350 a few yr back.. your best bet is find a junk yard... or totaled wrecked isf like he did.. good luck.

I also wanted to change my interior seats to full black or IS-F and i was also told by the Lexus dealer it would be around 6k because every piece is sold separately.
As blitz said your best bet is to find one that is totaled….

F-sport models also come with similar seats... and while the side bolstering is nice, I'm not willing to give up the vented seats in the summer for it.

Default Installing F rear seats in ISx50

Is it possible to get the lower rear seats from an F with the carbon center so I never have to drive 5 people again? Haha
Are the seats one whole assembly or can I just remove the middle section and replace it with the carbon center console?

Thanks

The rear seat on an IS is a two piece. Top back half and lower bottom section. I think the F is the same. Not sure if the tray is removable on the F but you can't just buy that middle piece and put it in the IS.

ISX50 rear seats

ISF rear seats

Looks like the seats themselves are wider - and by replacing the bottom, it might not line up with the seat backs.

Someone would have to do some measurements of the seat back/boom to verify ...

It would be good then to change the upper portion of the rear seats as there would be 3 seat belts.

JDkane mentions that he does not want to have 3 or more(?) passengers sit in the back heh. It's more for his function than looks.

Yeah but that middle seat as it is is so cramped no one should want to sit there. And going through all that trouble it would be a lot better for me just to say no. Just My OP. but i have seen people do rediculous F conversions in the past. Not this one so much but others yeah.
