Default Awd engine drop into manual rwd car swap

Hi, I own an 08 manual is250 with a seized engine and have bought a wrecked 09 is250 awd from the auction. I want to know if it is possible to take the awd engine and drop it into the manual rwd car. If yes, is it plug and play or will there be any customizations required? Have a perfectly good awd engine sitting here. Would very much appreciate any help. Thanks!

Swap the oil pan, drive belt tensioner, and wiring harness from your original car and you’re good to go.

Thank you Jeff for replying. I was really hoping that you would offer your advice after reading all of your submissions on the other forums. I have a few more questions regarding the install, if you can please assist me:
1) Is the oil pan a direct fit?

2) I was told about the exhaust manifold being different and requiring adjustments. Is this true?

3) Is the engine the exact same? Or does the awd provide any more/less torque than the rwd? Will I be losing any power doing this swap or is it better to just buy a rwd engine?

4) Do I need to interchange any other parts from the manual rwd engine/transmission to the auto awd engine?

1. The oil pan will bolt right on, no issues there.
2. The manifolds are different, but again you would be using your original manifolds, so there's no issue.
3. It's the exact same.
4. Basically just use as much as you can from the original engine. Aside from what has already been discussed there's not really anything else.
