I think XD-9s are kinda ugly. If I was to get an 18 inch work wheel it would definitely be the CR-Kais

I have the work xd9's in white. I love them. I had them on my is300. I wish the sizing was right for the is250.

CR-kai's or CR-kiwami's. (oh, how i miss my CR-kai's...)
i'd make an exception for the enkei rfp1's, though.

I had them on my car however the fitment was all wrong. I've since replaced them with 19s but here's how they looked.
They were 18x8 +35 and 18x9 +38

If I have to choose between two. I would go with F-Sport (assuming that F-Sport you are referring to is 19")

I'm not a fan of the 18" with dish. It makes the tires look too chunky and the wheels smaller than they actually are. Almost 90's Mustang-esque. It can be done correctly, but you need a good stretch on the tire and extremely aggresive fitment to pull it off.
If you're going 18", opt for a full face designed wheel like the new CR-Ultimates if you're looking at Work. It will offer you a much cleaner look.

Just my preference, too much space at the back. Some spacers would have helped but I find 19s look the best on the 2IS.
