Installed STI-r Plus and 11.1 Hybrid Map
So after about a week and a half I have finally hard-wired in the STI-r Plus into my IS350. Sensors in the front behind the grill, run the wire to the cabin (may re-route later) module box underneath passenger seat and speaker box under mine. Oh and removed the Sirius radio module that was installed in the car when the first owner bought it (dealer option)
And in the inbetween time found a way to make a hybrid 11.1 disk. So now I went from a 2007 map with no override at all, to a brand new map with the 5.1 override trick. I'm leaving on a trip tomorrow, but will post pictures and more on the install that I've done.
I'm also gonna work on a DIY for the STI-r Plus, since I didn't find any for our cars and went off of memory (from previous installs).
And a DIY for the 11.1 disk potentially.
