I have been looking for a used '07 or '08 IS350 with the Starfire Pearl exterior color for the past few months and no one seems to be selling at all. I see the same model with other colors on the market but rarely any SFP.

I searched pre-owned inventory from local dealerships, as well as autotrader.com, cars.com, forums and craigslist. Does anyone know other tools I should be using to find the car I want? I am located in SF Bay Area.

Try carmax. Try they maybe $2000+ more and you can't negotiate, but they have a huge network and can transfer the car, free sometimes depending on distance. I had my tp is350 transferred. It was my 3rd choice in color but had all the options I wanted minus Mark levinsion stereo.

When I was shopping for my car in 2010, 2 local dealerships had a brand new SFP each (one was not listed online, had to call) and a different dealership had a 08 CPO.

yes the white color IS are harder to find, especially with black interior.

I had a very hard time finding a SFP 350 as well, they are not easy to come by! I went for my SFP IS250 though because i got a great deal and it had the right color interior (black)...now i'm just saving the extra cash i would spent on the higher payments for a rainy day

U think SFP 350 is hard to find. Try looking for a GFM 350. I gave up

I even had trouble looking for ny sfp 250. I specifically wanted awd fully loaded and certified took me 2 and a half months most I came across didn't have navi and i also noticed sfp was usually 1-2k more than any other color with the same options and mileage

it took me 3 months to finally find my 07 is350 SFP...i personally think i paid alittle more than i should have but the dealer wouldnt budge on the price because they knew how popular the color was

yea the white cars (SFP, GFM, CW) did fetch about 2k more. They are very desirable colors , you won't regret it once you find it

Local dealerships are telling me that once the new redesigned GS come out, there will be more trade-ins. I'll keep my fingers crossed for a SFP 350 to turn up soon.
