From what I read here, it's looking like 2008 is the best version. Would this also be true for the IS-F?

Newer is better, upgraded headlights, options, reliability, less recall issues

I would start looking at the 2011 and newer models so that you can find one with the LED DRL and the updated front bumper. Also, the rear tail lights have a clear LED turn signal compared to the yellow tinted turn signal on the older models and the clear one looks more modern imo.
