Default Inside Chrome Door ***** - Sewell

Anyone ever replace the black ****/locks with the chrome that sewel sells? Look cool. But not worth if it's a lot of work. Sewell CS is horrible - they don't respond to emails.

Trashing Sewell's Parts department on this website is not a very smart move. They are first class, take care of problems, price aggresively and care immensely about CL members. I think you should pic your words more carefully and pick up the phone. Two weeks ago I called 3 times and all 3 times someone picked up the phone.

Good luck.

I replaced mine but it's a weekend job if you want to complete. They look really good!

Although i love sewell for their aggressive pricing and fast shipping, i do have to admit they can at times be hard to get in contact with. Im talking about PM's and email specifically. It can be a bit frustrating at times. For example i ordered 3 products last week and one of them was on backorder. I emailed them that i would like to get a refund on the product and buy it later since i was leaving the country, but they never responded and sent out the product a few days later. This bothered me a bit. To say their customer service is bad is wrong, but i wish they paid more attention to their emails.

I wanted the chrome door **** lock but didn't think it's worth it for such a small touch. I agree, their customer service isn't bad but I emailed/PM'ed them like 4 times and only got one reply but at least they did what I wanted.

Great write up with discussion here: https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...-cup-leds.html

Closing this thread cause there's tons of info in the thread provided, and this is becoming more of a sewell customer service discussion.
