Hello all. I am currently saving up to get some rims. In the meantime, I'm having the worst time deciding between Vossen CV3 and Linea Corse LC818. 20's vs. 19's. Also, quick question if I get Vossen. Since they are 20's, do I still need to lower my car? Any form of input is greatly appreciated, and please don't flame. It's my first time getting rims. Thanks!

I vote LC818 ... I think 19s fit the IS much better than 20s.

I forgot where I read, but the CV3s were supposed to come in 19s either late December or January. Someone from vossen will probably post soon

someone correct me if i'm wrong, but i hear linea corse's quality is okay..... regardless, my vote goes for the CV3's

I emailed vossen few weeks ago and asked IF they were making the cv3 in a 19 and if so when was the release date, and they replied they did not have a release date. I have been holding out for the 19" cv3, the 20" looks better with a lip kit.

Get the cv3's only if your going to get a lip kit. 20's look to bigggg on the IS without a kit. And yes you would Definetly need to lower the car.......if you get the lc818's, what color would you get , what color is your car? You would still need to lower the car but a lip kit wouldn't be as necessary.

19's look perfect imo. If Vossen made the CV3 in 19, it would definitely be a hard choice. But as it stands now LC818 for me!
