I did halos in my fogs when I busted them open to paint them. I first did it with CCFL tubes and I thought they looked pretty sick. That is, until the tube partially burned out. I was about to put halos in my headlights but realized it'll be a pain to open up my headlights every time it burns out. However, halos look great in person. I don't have halos anymore though...

Normally I'd say leave them on Bimmers. However I have to admit they do look good on the car that the OP showed.
