Low coolant heater issue

^Assuming you use Toyota long life pink coolant, look for pink crust around the lower part of the water pump.

This did the trick. I topped off both the reservoir and under the radiator cap. The reservoir was completely empty, but I also noticed the cap on the reservoir was a bit loose. So perhaps it just evaporated?

Either way, the heater is working just fine again. Thanks club lexus.
