I have the 2011 F-Sport and have the problem. Hopefully it doesn't happen to yours.

I agree. I don't get how that would have an effect I was just simply throwing it out there cause that is what I was told today.

I think for that to be true, it would have to be a "dent" of substantial size that not only dents a frame rail, but bends it. Otherwise, the suspension would not be altered

Count me in! 09 is250 everything is stock. It makes me want to give up lexus for next car purchase.

Isnt there something that can be done about this? I would think that because its a Lexus defect that they would either recall something or pay to have it fixed. Has anyone actually checked with their dealership to see if its covered?

same problem, can't believe i landed on this thread, i have 08 is350, same dent same spot i got mines fixed at body/paint show in town. i thought it was someone messing with me. weird. cars all stock too

Do you recall if the shop had to remove the headliner to fix it?

from what i know the shop bonded and repainted it, didn't touch the headliner
