I think I'm just gonna do what Mariano suggested. Just cut out some more of the fender liner - I'll leave the areas near the bottom, and just cut out the area where my fenders are rolled/pulled. :P

I sprayed ruberized undercoating all in the wheel well. It helps dampen road noise and prevents from rust forming. You can get it ant just about any auto parts store.

The only problem I've had up front is moisture in fog lamps. But I found this by accident recently and will be trying it here soon. The balloon fix is about half-way down the DIY :
