There's a DIY thread on the forums, but basically a Lexus dealership will cost several hours of labor on top of the parts. Quotes for spark plug change from dealerships nearby me ranged from $500-700. My advice is to buy the plugs from Sewell for $13 each (a 50% savings from what the dealer will charge) and then either DIY or have the spark plug service done at the same time as 1) the spring recall, 2) the fuel pressure sensor recall, or 3) the cam gear TSIB.

Mine were 256$ and they were a little cheaper because I believe they cut an hour of labor off since they were doing the cam gear tsb and said some parts were off. Since i was at 25k only, Lexus corporate reimbursed me.

You can sign up at https://secure.drivers.lexus.com/lexusdrivers/home and it will show you all the current re-calls and you can also view any service history associate with the vehicle (assuming it was done by lexus). Great resource.

Don't forget the brake fluid also has to be changed at 60k If you prefer a dealership to do your service, have a Toyota dealership do the work for you. Otherwise, find an independent Toyota/Lexus specialist shop or buy the 60K service kit off of Sewell and DIY, or have any reputable shop perform the labor for you
