Took about 4 hours but the car had to be driven up from San Jose to Concord and then cleaned up and delivery check list gone over. The price took 5 min due to True car.com price. had to wait a little to get my turn with the finance guy.

When I bought my new ISF from Lexus in Hartford Connecticut (I'm from Pittsburgh PA btw) I called them on the phone spent about an hour back and forth with them (probably 4 or 5 phone calls negotiating the price) 2 days later, we flew into Hartford, and showed up at the dealership at 8am the next morning with my wife, the paperwork took FOREVER! probably 3 to 4 hours, damn they were slow, which really pissed me off because I had business to address in New York City at 1PM needless too say I didn't make it on time! My goal was to simply fly in, give them my check and be out of there in 30 min MAX!

I guess I was lucky because everything was signed and ready through FedEx'ing and I had a trade they looked at for the first time which made no difference because the paperwork numbers were done.Paperwork was done and car was prepped. I spent about a 45 minutes there when picking up my car in my out of state purchase.

it took me 15 mins to make a deal since we know that guy. We brought many lexus(es) from him. However, it took them a hour to make all the paper work and stuff for me to sign. Also, i had to wait additional hour or so to get the car detailed and ready.

Took me about 4 Hrs. when I bout my 07 Avalon, about 2 Hrs when I bought my 2008 ES350, and bought the IS250 during an oil change for the ES350, so about 45 min for that one, came with one, left with another. All CPO, all the same dealer and salesman.

after reading all of the responses, i'm almost embarrassed to say how long it took me to purchase my rx350. i only spent a few hours negotiating the deal, but i spent almost a month making the decision. i test drove the car at least four or five times and i spent countless hours just thinking about it or discussing the decision with friends.
normally, i'm not this indecisive, but this was my first SUV purchase and already having a car i had a difficult time justifying the purchase.
my salesman was an angel the entire time. he never once lost his patience with me and tried his best to answer my question even when they probably didn't make any sense. he earned every penny of his commission and then some.
