You are better off letting your insurance company know what is going on. That way the responding officer will be able to recall the details with no problem. Also they will be sure to document the condition of the cars and the speed at which the accident happened and determine if the other party has a legitimate case. This will also help protect you.

I have her phone number, but no.....lol
Anyways guys like i said in my first post, i did tell insurance all about the incident. They took my recorded statement already and will be getting in contact with her insurance company on this one. From what it sounds like, they already know people like this will just try and get money out the insurance company. I sent them all the information, photos i took, police report info, etc. I'm hoping the claim is denied based on lack of damage and the fact that this was a 2-3 mph accident shes blaming for bodily injury. CHP police report confirms damage is minimal, if any.

If you hear anything about a medical claim I would call her up and threaten to counter-sue for fraud and emotional distress.

I got light bumped a couple times. Once was a lady with a manual in front of me starts rolling back. Another time was I was about to make a left turn, but stop because some car was speeding by. The car behind me bumped into me. No damages both times – I didn’t fake any injuries either :p

You've done everything you need to do at this point. She'll most likely not try and claim any medical stuff, given the lack of evidence and the fact that she turned down the ambulance. At most, she may go see a doctor to get it checked out, and file a claim for the cost of the one visit; that's pretty common.
In any case, all this is handled by your insurance anyway. If she wants to make a claim on either damages to the car or her person, you're likely covered. And you can bet if she does want to file a claim for medical stuff, your insurance company will hit her hard with lack of evidence, fact she turned down ambulance, lack of any damage, police report stating claimed injury inconsistent with facts, etc.
Sorry it happened, but don't fret about it.

That was very shady of her
Reminds me of my first accident. I rear ended a guy when we were both at a complete stop, I went to go check on him and he didn't look or say a word to me. Long story short...ambulance came, he went to the hospital, and then he was trying to get money from my insurance for all the med bills (not to mention he works at a hospital). Even the firefighters and police didn't think the damage was bad enough to cause injury.
Fortunately, you two didn't have much damage to your cars. Otherwise it would've been more complicated dealing with insurance, etc. Sucks you have to go through all of this. Good luck with everything, hopefully this will get resolved quickly.
