Default Squeaky drivers seat when turning

Has anyone else had this problem? It seems like the drivers side seat makes a squeaking noise whenever i turn the car. I tried looking around the seat for anything loose but everything looks ok. Could some bolts be loose? Its starting to drive me crazy because it seems every turn i take i hear a little squeak.

There's a TSIB for this- it's some kinda pins under the seat that were only there for assembly/shipping or something- free fix under warranty for them to remove them.

I had the same problem with that squeaking sound when you made turns, yes very annoying. My friend did the fix for me. He removed the whole seat out of the car, and under the seat there's 2 pins that you saw off. I think they were called locator pins or something like that. The pins had a plastic cover on them, you'll be able to tell. Saw off those 2 pins and it should fix it. Hope that helps!

Ha im glad im not the only one with this problem. Im surprised Lexus didn't catch this...I think this is wayyy more annoying than a squeaky dash. Also, its not because of being fat, im 170lbs, and this stupid plastic piece just pisses me off now that i have to take my freaking seat apart

I had the same squeak as you. I could hear it when I moved in the seat (really annoying because mine is a manual tranny and when I pushed the clutch in you could hear the squeak). When I pushed on the side bolster I could hear it. I fixed mine with the seat in the car. Took me about 10 minutes. Removed the back cover from the seat. Then I worked a small piece of cotton cloth up into the seat back between the steel and the foam. Been 4 months and hasn't made a sound since.

Today I took the whole seat out and in the process cut my finger really bad! I have a knocking noise but it is not from the pins. One of the interior bolts to the seat must be the smallest bit loose since there a little play from the attached section. the bolt is a star and I do not have that tool so no immediate fix. I did spray some magic 3m silicone spray in there and it helped reduce the click. But now to my main question and reason for this post.

I have a squeak or more like rubbing noise coming from my side bolster, the question is how do you get that back off? I see the two screws that are underneath but what do you do after that?

Did this the other day and put a piece of foam absorber in between the foam and wires...Worked perfectly, thank you!
