Default Lexus loyalty card (visa)

When i bought my 350 the previous owners daughter gave me a black LEXUS LOYALTY CARD with a visa logo and it says DEBIT on it. It has her fathers name on it and it expries 3/12. She said it has about 300 bucks on it. Question is: can I use this card? Is this for services only like oil changes? Is this available to use at any dealership? Thanks for your help fellas.

The card can be use at any Lexus dealership for parts (including F-Sport stuff), service, etc. Not sure if that fact that your name isn't on it complicates things though.

How much is an oil change? I want a f sport intake too. I wonder which dealer has the intake for the cheapest.

Sewell has the intake the cheapest and oil change prices will vary. My dealer charges about $65

+1 for an F-Sport intake! Wish I received $300 with my IS when I bought it.

Be careful. Some dealers will offer things like "the 20,000 mile service" or "the oil change special" which are $100-150.... and don't actually give you anything of value besides an oil change. Ask the same dealer for JUST an oil change and it'll be $50.

Never, ever, ask for the "X miles" service. Just ask for the specific work you actually need (which is very very little on a 2IS).

Yup, Sewell... they recently had a promo code going for this- though it'll use just about all of the 300 bucks.

Anyone know how I can check the balance on this card? Thanks again fellas. I need an oil change tommorow, hopefully the price of the oil change is the same at each dealer. I really want that F-sport Intake tho.

^ I believe there's a number on the back of the card you can call to check the balance.

Is there a toll free number on that card to check the balance? NOt sure what security questions they will ask, but you can tell them that you own the car now.
