Take it back ASAP. It's almost certainly related to the TSIB work, and so the dealer needs to rectify it. If you wait too long, they could try and weasel out saying you've been driving it for a while since the repair so it might not be directly related.

No need to try and speculate on what's going on since you're under warranty, just take it in immediately.

Take it back! Tomorrow is Thursday, i'm sure you'll get the car back by Saturday in time for Pursuit. I can't imagine what they'd need to do that would take more than 3 business days lol

correct me if I'm wrong, but the ecu should save all check engine codes regardless if you unplugged your battery.

I went to South Bay Lexus and i told them about the rough idle and that I researched and it could be related to the Carbon buildup. They said they didn't find anything wrong with it, they couldnt "Duplicate the problem". How'd you get your's to go under the TSB?

honestly...I just told them that it happened once a week but it's only ever happened once to me...ever

I guess its common enough of a problem that the service tech didn't even try to replicate it and just fixed it.

I'd suggest you print out the TSB and take it in with that and show them its a common problem

Same thing just happened to me. Carbon buildup fix done, picked the car up Monday, today (Friday) car stalled and check engine and VSC light came on. Omw to the dealer. Whatever happened with your car?
