Thanks! I'll drive it around tomorrow and see if it pops back up. And then take it into auto zone and get the battery and possible codes checked

My check VSC light comes on at random also. I normally can turn the car off for awhile and it goes away... but it's quite annoying when it's there since I can't see my miles left, ect.

While removing my center console, which required the car to be in neutral with the ignition on, I killed the battery. I was listening to music and also took a break to eat dinner. When I came back I notice the overhead lights were dim. I tried turning the car on and the starter just clicked. After it did not start I got a VSC light. I disconnected both terminals and hooked it up to a trickle charger and continued working on the car. When I was done I connected the terminals back up and the car started back up, light disappeared and haven't seen it since. Its been about 2 months.

Hello everyone I am new to the forum.
Last week, I tried to turn on my car and not even the dashboard would light up so I assumed it was the battery so my buddy helped me jump the vehicle. After it was jumped the VSC OFF AND P/s lights quickly came on aling with the check engine light. (Never has happened before) after driving for 2 miles, the car stalled and wouldn't turn on again. I have replaced the battery but I got no luck! Please help

I'd say it's possibly the alternator that has gone bad in this situation, which killed your battery too.

If you could get it to an Autozone, I think they should have a tester that could tell you if it's the alternator/battery and possibly pull the codes for you as well.

This would be my first guess though.

The battery starts the car, but the alternator runs the car during operation. Bet its your alternator.

How many miles? Do you have warranty til 80k mi? If so its covered.

Your specific code shows an A/F sensor.
1) dealer needs to reprogram(reflash) the ECM
2) you need to change out the sensor which is a diy, to save money

This is what's recommended by the dealership.
