Default Sewell VERY quick to resolve issues. Great Company.

Recently I posted a thread (non attacking in anyway) it was simply stating that I was sad because a piece I wanted went up double in price because of availability and color after speaking to Darrel at Sewell..


well guess what, after several emails, Sewell AND Darrel have made my day




Thanks again Darrel

and guys, anyone looking for parts buy with confidence IMO.
Ive seen some threads about how he sometimes takes time ti responds or takes long blah blah blah, everyone gets emails and take time to respond, the guy is human and he does the best he can.

So many threads about Sewell. BTW your the one who actually made a thread complaining about Sewell. (Which is pointless IMO)

Your first "Sewell vent" thread (https://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-...well-vent.html) was extremely unreasonable and Sewell explained the issue perfectly in their post. Airing your knee-jerk displeasure at something you didn't understand in such a public place as CL can hurt the reputations of solid and trustworthy vendors who have done nothing wrong.

No offense dude I like you and followed A LOT of your post but, YOU know absolutely nothing behind the situation for you to say I was being unreasonable for sharing my "knee jerking displeasure".I will simply not state here what happened because thats between me and Darrel and he got it solved, so again please refrain from making ASSumptions comments.

I've ordered from Sewell many times and never had an issue. They've also always been prompt returning my emails when I've had questions, almost always within 24 hours. For OEM products, can't beat their prices! Thanks for posting a positive review, Sewell deserves it IMO.

I've ordered from Sewell several times as well and have nothing but good things to say about them. I would definitely suggest them and use them AGAIN!!!

I ordered a GFX front lip and forgot to log in to get my discount. Yesterday Darrel from Sewell emailed me telling me that Sewell caught the issue and he, without asking, refunded me $75 back to my account! THAT'S unheard of. A+ service @ Sewell!
