Sorry to pop this back up. This is a follow up to the other Sewell thread that was locked/closed on request. Darrel from Sewell actually responded to me professionally regarding that other thread (the one which I said I'd forward to them for feedback).

I believe Sewell is a great dealership and they have their customers best interest in mind. From the response in the email from Darrel, I'd have to say we should not jump to conclusions and bash Sewell without knowing all the facts. There were 4 people that showed displeasure with Sewell, but Darrel explained the reasoning and the resolution to each and everyone of them. If you encounter issues with Sewell, emailing or calling them will and should resolve your issue(s) 100% or at least they'll try their best. I'd post the email Darrel sent to me, but it seemed it was a personal email to me.

I have never bought from Sewell nor am I an employee there. The main reason is because I live in Canada so shipping and taxes are a pain. I really wish there was a dealer up here that cared as much (and has good discounts) as Sewell so I can do business with them. Good on you for supporting the Lexus community Sewell.
