I just wipe mine with a dry cloth. It hasn't got any stains that would require any cleaner yet. On my doors, I have some foot scrapes from getting in and out of the car. I used magic eraser on those.

I've seen threads with people complaining about melting dashes etc. so I'm afraid to use anything else.

I use Meguiars quick interior detailer on everything but the leather and nav screens, it's not harsh, doesn't leave any residue and smells nice as well.

water+microfiber/terry towel to remove dirt/grime, and then meguiar's leather conditioner. i know the dash isn't leather, but i like to treat it as if it is

Damp microfibre cloth, as per Lexus' instructions. I don't want to risk damaging the dash at all.

Slightly damp cloth and a follow up when dry with Protectant 303.UV protection and a matte shine.

I use Lexol Vinylex or 1z Einszett Cockpit Cleaner w/ a microfiber interior cloth.
