Hi all sorry for new post I know there is a TSIB for squeaky seats for 06-07.

Anyone with a newer 2IS that has a similar problem?

I have a 2010 and the driver's seat just started to squeak like box springs, especially in late evening when temp is lower. But almost no squeak when it's hot & sunny daytime.

Squeaks when I lean back. Squeaks when my weight shifts while making left/right turns. Squeaks when going over speed bumps. You get the picture.

I have a 10' didnt have that problem. You can take it to the dealer and have them look at it, should be under warranty.

Thanks I'll ask the dealer. Thought they had the issue fixed for 08 & up so I wasn't sure if it's a different issue.

Should've mentioned it 2 wks ago when I went back for the 15k service/oil change.

I have exactly the same problem with my 2010 IS. Did the dealer fix it?

It is a different issue the previous model was the seat rails what you are mentioning sounds like a frame issue they are under warranty take advantage of it (; good luck

I checked the bolts holding the seat rails to the car, and a couple of them were loose. I tightened them up and hopefully that will fix it. If not I'm off to the dealer. Thanks for the reply.
