3000k Hid with the regular fat ballast. Slim ballasts give it the green effect after powering up.

Also, I added an hid yellow capsule to my bulb for that deep yellow without the film!

Did you install with the relayed wire harness or did you use the stock wires?
I was reading some posts where the ballasts were causing electrical interference with the cars electronics.

I just got the aerotect overlays. Was wondering why is there two different sizes ? Also just to make sure the side with the brown back is the sticky side ?

Umm is your car a 2011 or 2012? That would explain why theyre circular first of all. And mine didnt have a brown side to it, just start to peel it back so see which is the sticky side

I believe so. If I remember correctly, both 2011 and 2012 have round fog lights

A 3000k HID kit will definitely get you that deep, yellow look you want. Yellow is perfect for fogs as it does not reflect off rain/snow much like white light would. The deep yellow color will penetrate through fog/rain/snow and it also looks really good too.

PLEASE keep in mind that these pictures were taken with a iPhone 4s. Anyone who has used a iPhone knows that the camera doesnt pick up colors as good as some other phones (My Samsung Galaxy S2 captured colors, especially yellow, so much better) so this is not the true color! They are even more yellow in person!

Anyways!

Ok guys so I completely changed my fog light set up. I now have the following:

DDM Tuning 35W Raptor (Fat) Ballasts with DDM Tuning 3K bulbs + eBay overlays.

Link to ballasts/bulbs: http://www.ddmtuning.com/Products/Ap...Raptor-HID-Kit

Link to overlays: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Lexus-Yellow...9d2cce&vxp=mtr

These overlays have a really deep JDM yellow color to them and look really good. I used to have Aerotect overlays but those had a more lighter yellow color and looked a bit faded.

In order to install these overlays correctly, I suggest taking apart the fog light from the bumper because the overlay fits the entire fog light, not just the part that is exposed in the bumper.

This is how the overlays look

I can easily say that this combo produces a really deep JDM yellow color and I couldnt be happier!

Me next to my friends accord with amber fogs.

Here is how the light output is on the road
