Quick way:
Luxury: memory seats with wood throughout w/ rear sunshade
Sport: memory seats with silver throughout, sport peddles, no sunshade.

Both of these packages would be harder to find. From my experience only 10% of the cars I looked at one of these options.

FYI: I have a sport and IMO you would know if you had the sport package simply by the way it drives. Night and day different ride

Thanks for the responses... The reason i asked is because i want to install auto tilt but have read only luxury and sports package you can add this feature. I am not sure this is true. I still cant tell wat package i have because luxury and sports apparently have either sunshade or memory seats which i dont. X package has illuminated scuff plates which i dont. But anyone installed auto tilt mirrors? I have2008 is350.

The luxury and sport packages already have that feature, so they wouldn't need to add it.

If you don't have memory seats and don't have illuminated scuff plates then you either have no package at all, or the premium package (which would be woodgrain and heated/vented seats, but nothing else)

I'm not aware of anyone adding this feature to a car that didn't come with it though.

Read this thread, this member was doing a lot of research on what needs to be done to replace/upgrade autotilt, but gave up. It's kind of hard and $$$
