Default needles are fading

help! i dont know what to do, the needles for the rev. gauge it is fading away.
what can i do?

please help

It's covered by factory and extended/CPO warranties. If you're out of those, it's either DIY or an expensive repair.

If you're under warranty, complain to your dealer to replace the whole cluster. Also, if you decide to go to the dealer if you're not under warranty, they'll probably replace the whole thing. If you're good with soldering and not scared to open up your cluster, you can replace the LED inside the needle that's burnt. I made a DIY for it but if you're not daring to do it, I can change them for you.

I'll check with the dealer first, and see what's what. im sure im under extended warranty. hopefully there isnt any charge to it.
if not i might need help, im not good with these problems.

When you say you're sure you're under extended warranty, what do you mean? You would have had to have either 1) purchased your car CPO, 2) purchased your car used and bought an extended VSA warranty at the time of purchase, or 2) purchased an extended VSA warranty before the end of your factory warranty. If none of the above three are true and you're past 50k miles, you're going to be out of luck unless the dealer goodwills it.
