I always wish i got a different color than black, so i could make my roof black and add contrast... DO IT!

Do it and add some other black accents to it, personally the color of the car/roof color itself would look not so good, but if you add some black accents like grill, emblems, rims, roof spoiler (as shown above) i think you can pull it off.

normally I'm against black roof, but in your case, it would go really well with your theme
