Nice to hear a positive review on a higher mileage car. Lexus FTW!

Good to know that your car is going strong! I have 2008 IS350 and has 70k miles on it. It's my DD and it's still going strong and no issue so far. If i try my best, i get 410 miles. This trip was southern cal. to northern cal. in one tank. I was really easy on gas and tried my best. But, usually gas indicator light comes on around 310-330 miles. (normal driving, lil bit hard on gas sometimes) Gee almost get 100 difference by not pushing hard.... Well, cuz that's all freeway miles but still!

AC makes a big difference too. I've not been using my AC unless its really hot out and it's raised my mpg from 22 -> 26. I've also been waiting till I'm cruising at 60 to turn it on, and that probably helps alot in city driving... along with driving slower lol

Driving slower does help. My commute to work everyday is about 70 miles, with 10 miles on the in-streets and the other 60 on the highway. I don't use the power mode because that will definitely decrease the mileage. I only use that on the weekend...hahaha. Also, since there is a decent flow of traffic on the 880, I cruise at 70-75 mph which definitely helps. I pump up twice to keep the car lighter. $30 bucks each time ($3.93/gallon), which gives me around 200-210 miles, with the light going on at 180. Don't mikstaken though, to get 420 is a conscious effort. I get 380 more often than 420. Regardless, driving on a half filled tank really helps.

Hahahha...gots to man. Gas ain't cheap no more! PLus...when I do fill it up all the way, the most I have ever gotten was 370-380. I think the lighter tank makes a huge difference. Only thing is you have to fill her up twice a week and people prolly think I'm cheap, stopping at $30 bucks each time hahaha. oh wells...my car's nicer than theirs! yay yay!

I often drive 100-300 miles to a work loacation, stay there 3-4 days, and drive back. On those tanks I average 400+ a tank and I have gotten to 450! (usually average 28mpg even with AC on, this car does well in hwy mpg for having 300hp!)
Weeks I stay home and work, I average closer to 350, sometimes less. Average MPG is 22ish.
Thats GREAT to hear the 350 is still going strong. I recently sold an ES300 with 170k miles and I know many people who went 200k and even a few who went over 300k in the ES. But thats not a performance car, so its good to see the 350 doing so well.
