Default Really Thinking About The Wald Replica

My car is lowered and I know I know, replicas suck! But seriously, I don't wanna pay $500 bucks just to have the lip scrape and crack and look like ****.

I wanna get the $150 replica to see how it will hold up to my daily driving.

Suggestions? No I will not raise my car up

Pay the $150 and see if you destroy a replica. If you don't, sell the rep and get a authentic Wald =)

There's a guy at platinum VIP trying to sell his front and side skirts (reps) for like 350? I would do the rep if I weren't already getting the authentic rear and therefore have to go authentic lol. I've seen a members car with the rep front and the fitment was really good

I too have seen fitment on Wald styles and they're pretty spot on, I'm on the same boat as you because I DD my IS and don't want to risk tearing off a $500 lip. If you search on Craigslist there is a fair amount of people selling Wald styles (at least in NorCal) and it wouldn't hurt to meet up with them and test-fit it to your car.

Most replicas fit well if installed with patience, some filler or sanding here or there or maybe none at all. I don't know if Strafe has a Wald style kit but their stuff is usually close to perfect...

I don't know who, but when I called for a quote on the authentic kit he said there's someone trying to sell their rep. Give them a call. The real kit isn't that cheap lol
