Report the problem these 3 ways:
1. Tell your dealer's service department manager
2. Call Lexus at 800-255-3987, option #3
3. Email Lexus at the link found on this page: http://www.lexus.com/contact/
You need to email to have a case number opened for your VIN and create a record of the issue. Just reporting it to the dealer won't do it. I would suggest reporting the problem all 3 ways.

If all you guys with the 2011's that are having this issue pressure the dealers and corporate, they will make a move on the issue much quicker

Sent an email to Lexus like KillaIS250 suggest and this is what I got. Maybe call is a better option? I am afraid that the dealer might not take me seriously. I am in California wondering if any CL members report to any east bay dealers?

Looks like you guys should contact that number for Lexus Customer Satisfaction and voice your concern.
Written letters are pretty good too, i dunno how many of you are willing to do that lol. Almost every time i've written a letter addressed to an exec at a corporation i've gotten a good reply.

Explain they are not understanding the seriousness of the problem.
The email I got said my feedback was being documented at National Headquarters for future model design consideration. Mention in your email, and when you call, that you want your complaint documented... and get a case/reference number.
You should also go to the dealer and have them put your complaint in your record. They'll give you a printout, like when you take your car in for service and get a receipt, with your complaint noted in the national database.

Sorry to see these Super if i had the F Sport i'd just simply bring it to the dealership and have them change it for new ones ...... obviously a defect. And then once those start going bad ...... have them change again until Lexus finally corrects them properly No need for everyone to have to put up with this on their new rides ??!! Good luck !!

Hi Guys, does anyone have any updates in the bubbling getting worse and worse or its remain the same ?
FYI i looked at the AUSTRALIAN Spec. IS350 in Sydney, and they ALSO have the bubbling issue exactly like the pictures above.

so it looks like it's on the chrome as well as the black, of all the pics i've seen it looks like it's right below the chrome part of the headlight every time, wonder if the reflection off the chrome is heating it up?
