My take? Just like the brake dust TSB, once the TSB is issued, the dealer will replace if you complain.
Patiently waiting. I will let you know when they are done.

I was at the dealer yesterday & they were impressed that I had photos of the ripples...but mostly that I had pics of the replacement headlights already....Thanks to CL members for all the info !
I guess sometime in 2012 we'll be able to get our light replaced and sport the new eyelashes LOL

I was at the dealer this morning and checked the 2012s in the lot. It looks like there has been another change to the lights. The first change were the 'ripples' at the top of the lens that we've known about. On these lights, the material that had been bubbling is still the same flat black.
On the newer 2012s on the lot, the headlights have the 'ripples,' but now the material that had been bubbling is changed. It went from flat black to a shiny black mirror-like material. Side by side, the difference is obvious. Clearly this material has been changed recently.
So, the older 2012s have just the 'ripples' while the newer 2012s have the 'ripples' and a new finish on the previously defective part.

After 2K miles on my new 12 350C what i thought is the start of bubbling has not changed a bit. I have tried to get a pic that shows what I'm talking about but can't get one to really show. It looks like when you put a sticker on something and you get a small air bubble under the sticker. It is in exactly the same place on both sides and is right in front of the hid lens. The bubble is only about 3/4 on an in long and runs side to side, If you could picture a piece of angle hair pasta under a sticker it is about that high, so it is not raised up much and with all the glare getting a picture is not working for me.
Any how just wanted to give an update as this doesn't seem to be getting worse and is only noticeable if you look hard from the right angle. I will continue to keep an eye on it and post if anything changes.
