One that was never made
....j/k. There's a couple i've seen on eBay, but from what i hear, they aren't really that great and i saw a thread about one needing slight modification to fit correctly too. Exhausts like the Tanabe are not all that expensive, your better off saving for one of those and getting a quality product than spending money on a replica exhaust. The welds are usually not that great on the replica's in my experience.

your right. I should just save up and buy myself an authentic one! I was just trying to see if anyone could tell me if they had good experience with a replica exhaust =]

M2 is awesome value. welds were fine, finish was fine, fitment needed minor adjustments that I made via heavy duty zipties for 5 bucks. most people agree it's a clone of the tanabe. was $200 shipped when I purchased and is now available for $250.

In that thread I linked there's some audio/video clips of a replica and I don't think too many people would be able to differentiate it from a Tanabe.

I get what you're trying to say though, I just don't think it's the same thing.
And as far as adjustments go, I think I've heard of people having minor adjustment issues with almost every exhaust, especially the tanabe. Nothing that's ever stopped anybody and that includes the M2 :P
